When is the due date to file Form 944 for the 2025 tax year?
For 2025, the deadline to file Form 944 is February 02, 2026. However, if you made deposits on time in full payment of the taxes due for the year, you may file the return by February 10.
Unlike your filing deadline, you have a separate deadline for depositing your taxes, which depends on your tax liability. Refer to the table below to know your 944 tax deposit requirements.

| $2,500 or more for the quarter | Deposit taxes monthly or semiweekly, depending on your deposit schedule. But, if you accumulate $100,000 or more of taxes on any day, you must deposit the tax by the next business day. |
