The Multi-User feature grants account access to members of your team giving them the ability to login to the account to edit, update, or manage your W-2 forms on behalf of you.
The process of adding an additional user to your TaxBandits account is simple.
Login to your account and from your “Settings” you can choose to add additional account users. From there, you will need to enter the basic information regarding the additional user you would like to add. Once they have been added, this user will receive an email from TaxBandits containing an auto-generated password which they will use to access the account for the first time. This password may be hard to remember but don’t worry, once they are inside their account they can change that password to anything they would like!
For the most part, any users you add to your TaxBandits account will have the same account access as you! This means that these users can edit, manage, create, and submit W-2 form returns to the IRS on your behalf (look at all these assistants that you didn’t know you had!)
Don’t panic, you will have full access to monitor the activity within your TaxBandits account at all times. With the Activity Log, you can track all the actions taken in the account including when something happened and by who.
Ready to talk efficiency? The additional users added to the account can also work simultaneously with each other meaning you can have more than one person accessing the account at a time.
