Much like the Form 941, the Schedule R has many updates for the second quarter of 2021. Many of these changes are due to the extension and amendment of the sick and family leave wages and the employee retention credit under the American Rescue Plan. The creation of the COBRA premium assistance credit has also contributed to these updates.
