No, there is no additional charge for adding new team members, you can add unlimited team members to your TaxBandits account. All of the Staff Management tools are included in your account for free, allowing you to add new team members, and assign them roles and businesses as well as unique sign-in credentials.
Do you offer a discount for prepaid credits?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for bulk filers. If you plan to file more than 1000 forms, please contact us at 704.684-4758.
Can I use a single credit card and share it with my team members for filing returns?
Yes, you can allow your team members to securely file returns using a single credit card in your account. Our system is integrated with the highest industry standard of security to safeguard all of your team’s transactions. Another benefit of prepaid credits is that your team can use them at checkout in lew of a credit card, offering you another secure payment option!
If I have multiple users who handle filing for my clients, am I required to pay for each?
No, TaxBandits doesn’t charge for any additional users added to your account. TaxBandits only charges for what you file. For discounts in pricing for bulk-filing, you can purchase pre-paid credits and take advantage of volume based discounts.
Are there any additional fees for filings on peak days?
No! There are no separate charges for IRS and State e-filing or postal mail the copies to your recipients during peak days.
How is TaxBandits’ tiered pricing applied to my filing fees and services?
You can include as many returns as you want before transmission, and they will be covered by tier pricing. However, once the returns are transmitted, any additional returns will be treated as a new order and priced accordingly.
To maximize savings and filing flexibility, we suggest consolidating returns from multiple businesses into a single order. Additionally, you can use our prepaid credits.
What is the TaxBandits Refund Policy?
- No refunds will be issued once the return/report has been transmitted to the IRS, SSA, State, or FinCEN.
- Refunds requested after 30 days will not be processed.
- Refunds will not be provided if the state or federal agency rejects the return based on processing.
- Form 1099 corrections may be re-transmitted for no additional cost; filing corrections for other forms may require an additional transmittal fee.
- The credits purchased on TaxBandits.com do not expire and will be available in your account until they are used for your order regardless of the tax year. Refunded compensation will not be given out for unused credits, over-purchased credits, choosing to pay with a credit card at the time of checkout and any other situation in which a credit refund is being requested.
