If you have other members of your organization that will need access to your TaxBandits account, you can give them access to our Multi-user feature. This allows certain members of your team the ability to login to your account and edit or update items in your account. These additional users have the ability to do a variety of tasks within the account, they can even e-file ACA forms should you need.
The process of adding an additional user to your TaxBandits account is simple. As the main user of the account, all you will need to do is log in to your account, and from your Settings, add the information of the user you would like to add. The added user will receive an auto-generated password sent from TaxBandits. They will use this password to access their account the very first time. Once they have accessed the account, they will then be able to change their login password to one of their choosing.
The additional users added to the account will have the same account privileges (except adding another user) as you, the main user. These added users can prepare, e-file, and transmit any 1095-B & 1095-C forms on behalf of you. Plus, with the activity log, you can track all the actions taken in the account so you will always know who was doing what within the account. The additional users added to the account can also work simultaneously with each other meaning, you can have more than one person accessing the account at a time.
