Where Do I Mail Form 1099?

For those who report Form 1099 MISC for nonemployee compensation (Box No 7), must file 1099 Forms and send the copies to recipients by January 31.

For all the other 1099 forms,

  • Recipient copy must be provided by January 31
  • Paper file deadline is due by February 28
  • E-file deadline is due by March 31
