What is Form 941?

Form 941, the Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return, used to report employment taxes for those who own and operate a business with employees. Also the employer you are responsible for withholding federal income tax, social security tax, Medicare tax from each employee’s paycheck. This form is also used to pay the employer's portion of social security and Medicare tax.
