Who is required to pay FUTA tax?

Employers are required to pay FUTA tax:

For Employees, if wages are greater than or equal to $1500 during the current tax year, or, if workdays for at least one employee consist of some hours worked within 20 or more weeks
For Household Employees, if wages are greater than or equal to $1000 in any quarter during the current/previous tax year.
For Agricultural Employees, if wages are greater than or equal to $20,000 during any quarter during the current/previous tax year, or, if 10 or more farm workers work for some hours in 20 or more weeks during the current/previous tax year.
